Job Description
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing full cycle HR, including creation and maintenance of policies and procedures, recruiting, onboarding, training & development, performance management, benefits, employee relations, and terminations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree
- Preferred area of Study: Business Administration/ Human Resources
- Certification in Human Resources preferred but not required
- Capacity to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, relationship building, problem solving, and influence skills
