We're hiring an IT Support Specialist I for our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO to help build the future of construction. The successful candidate will respond to support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with the IT team to identify and address recurring issues.
Requirements
- Respond promptly to incoming support requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues
- Assist users with software applications and account access
- Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Collaborate with IT team members to identify and address recurring issues
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support
