EquipmentShare is hiring a Regional Director of Operations to oversee rental yards in the Midwest. The role involves leading a team, managing operations, and developing business plans to maximize financial success. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background in the equipment rental industry and can travel frequently.

Requirements

• Lead by example and inspire others to perform to their highest potential
• Create, develop, and retain a team that shares the core values of Integrity, Humility, Drive, & Intelligence
• Ensure maximum region performance and manage operations to maximize financial success
• Manage District Operations Manager(s) and provide support for the entire team
• Develop and execute regional/district business plans aligned with company goals
• Identify areas of conflict and improvement across district and determine and implement the appropriate solution for the situation
