EquipmentShare is hiring a Regional Director of Operations to oversee rental yards in the Midwest. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of leadership experience in the equipment rental industry, with a proven track record in multi-site management.

Requirements

• Lead by example and inspire others to perform to their highest potential

• Ensure maximum region performance and manage operations to maximize financial success
• Assist with district logistical management and monitor metrics such as equipment availability and utilization
• Develop and execute regional/district business plans aligned with company goals
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practice sharing across districts and branches
