Sales Manager

We're hiring a Sales Manager at our rental facility in Boise, ID. As a Sales Manager, you will lead by example, inspire others, and build a team. You will also ensure maximum sales performance, conduct reviews, and monitor sales metrics. You will communicate effectively with the sales team and establish reasonable and measurable goals.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role.
• Outside sales history and/or sales management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
