Job Description
EquipmentShare is hiring a Sales Manager at their rental facility in Phoenix, AZ to build a team, inspire others, and drive sales performance. The role involves leading by example, recruiting, training, and developing a team, as well as monitoring sales metrics and communicating with the sales team. Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role
- Outside sales history and/or Sales management experience
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
