EquipmentShare is hiring a Transportation Administrator for its Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO. The role involves communicating with local branches, processing title and registration for new and existing company vehicles, and maintaining records for new and existing company vehicles.
Requirements
- Respond to electronic and telephonic inquiries from local branches
- Process Title, Sales Tax and Registration for new units
- Reconcile invoices and payments to vendors
- Communicate with vendors to ensure correct documentation is received
- Ensure company vehicles are compliant with every State Motor Carrier regulations
- Review monthly payment reports to confirm accuracy
- Maintain records for new Company Vehicle Purchases as well as existing Company Vehicles
- Process incoming toll bills and review the account to ensure vehicles are listed correctly
