Intermediate Business System Analyst, Enterprise Platforms

Join Equitable as an Intermediate Business System Analyst and be part of a growing team in the Investments Technology department. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and develop technology solutions to enhance investment processes and systems. Work in a hybrid role with a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month.

Requirements

• Conduct detailed business analysis to understand and document business requirements related to financial investment technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.
• Work closely with development teams to design, test, and implement technology solutions that enhance investment processes and systems.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Provide expertise or strive to become an expert in financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for investment technology projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
