Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Technology Specialist, Quality to provide advanced quality assurance and technical leadership within shared technology solutions. This role offers an opportunity to design, test, implement, and continuously enhance systems that deliver reliable, compliant, and client-focused experiences.
Requirements
- Establish and monitor quality control systems and production standards
- Collaborate with Business and IT partners on solution design, development, testing, and quality management
- Perform hands-on testing, configuration, troubleshooting, and validation of applications and infrastructure
- Implement and uphold corporate policies, standards, governance, and quality frameworks
- Identify root causes of defects and recurring issues, lead corrective actions, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior team members
