Job Description
ELS is hiring a Maintenance Technician- Level II to perform various maintenance duties, including light plumbing and carpentry, appliance repairs, painting, groundskeeping, and more. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance, as well as 1-2 years of property maintenance experience and a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
