Maintenance - Level I

Maintenance Worker performs various maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, and janitorial work. Ensures amenity spaces are well maintained and grounds are free from trash and debris. Works closely with management and staff on special maintenance projects.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment
• Willingness to be on call for emergencies
