Requirements

• Demonstrates understanding and proficiency of "solutions software"
• Monitors up to 16 patients continuously on one screen, remaining alert while on duty
• Effectively communicates with patients using a microphone and headset
• Responds promptly to patient behavior changes and communicates effectively with hospital staff
• Demonstrates discretion and courtesy when working with patients, visitors, and staff
• Navigates technology, patient monitoring platform, and system requirements with ease
