Patient Monitoring and Triage Nurse

Sensorum Health is a patient-first company that enables proactive and preventative healthcare for older adults living at-home. As a Part-Time Remote Nurse, you will leverage your clinical expertise to identify patients experiencing clinical decompensation and provide timely interventions.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with ER, acute care, or triage experience strongly preferred
• Strong critical-thinking and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams in a virtual setting
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with remote patient monitoring dashboards
• Passion for improving healthcare delivery and alignment with Sensorum Health's mission
• Availability for 12–16 hours per week on a consistent remote schedule
