Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in business, workforce development, human resources, public administration, or a related field required; Masterâs degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in employer engagement, business services, workforce development, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience, including hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including comfort with public speaking and delivering professional presentations to diverse audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fastâpaced, resultsâdriven environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
