Business Services Manager

We are seeking a Business Services Manager to lead employer engagement and business services strategy to support workforce program outcomes. The role partners with business and industry leaders, internal leadership, and business services staff to align talent strategies with employer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, workforce development, human resources, public administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in employer engagement, business services, workforce development, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience, including hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including comfort with public speaking and delivering professional presentations to diverse audiences.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‐paced, results‐driven environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
