Power Platform Specialist (930935)

APM seeks a Power Platform & Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist to design, build, and maintain automation and business apps using Microsoft technologies like Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Azure.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents (Copilot Studio) solutions.
• Build and manage Dataverse tables, custom connectors, and managed solutions across environments (Dev / UAT / Prod).
• Integrate Power Platform components with Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Azure Functions, and external APIs.
• Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce environments.
• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Customer Service, Case Management, HR workflows).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute a roadmap for CRM consolidation.
• Support implementation of automation and AI initiatives aligned with APM’s global digital transformation roadmap.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across platforms.
• Partner with business and technical teams to translate functional requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
