Requirements
- 2–5 years of consulting experience in the energy sector
- Practical experience with an energy provider or in industry-relevant projects
- University degree in business, energy-related studies, or a relevant science/engineering discipline
- Strong affinity for digitalization and information technology
- Solid knowledge of standard consulting methods and tools
- Passion for innovation and willingness to take responsibility
- Strategic mindset and deep understanding of business processes in the energy sector
- Fluent in German (C1) and business-fluent in English
