Job Description
The Head of Client Management and Development will play a key role in ensuring revenue retention, driving business growth, and managing key client relationships across Corporate, SME, and Retail business lines.
Requirements
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 10 years of experience, with about 5 years in a leadership role within a revenue-generating function.
- Experience in the healthcare or HMO sector and understanding of industry-specific challenges.
- Strong relationship management, leadership, and business development skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Technologically proficient and adaptable, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work well with others in a team-focused environment.
