The District Sales Manager will recruit, train, and guide assigned Agents in sales, underwriting, and re-underwriting. They will also serve as a company representative in maintaining favorable Policyholder relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of four years of sales, underwriting, claims or marketing experience
- Three years of sales, underwriting, claims or marketing experience or participation in DSM Training Program
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Extensive local travel, including overnight stays
