Job Description
To promptly greet and serve all guests at the Irish Pub, providing exceptional hospitality and guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in the restaurant or club industry
- Knowledgeable of craft cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
- Experience with keg and soda systems
- Cash handling and Point of Sale System experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat, lift and raise as needed along with carrying 10 pounds for an extended distance
- General math skills, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate with guests and employees with a positive attitude
- Must complete the Responsible Beverage Service Training Course
- Ability to obtain a bartender operating license
- Ability to multi-task food preparation and beverage service
