Job Description
ERM is hiring a Construction Site Manager in Texas to support construction oversight for Wind energy projects. The Construction Site Manager will act as the Owner’s Representative coordinating Owner personnel on-site, managing and coordinating all on-site construction activities, and ensuring compliance with project schedule and contract requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred
- Experience with Wind energy projects
- An excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Procore
- General knowledge of construction principles/practices
- Experienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work
- Experience leading teams and maintaining relationships with external entities
- Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle
