ERM's Capital Project Delivery Team leads the transformation of Asia Pacific's growth in renewable energy, mining, and infrastructure by designing, permitting, and operating projects that align with global sustainability standards and local expectations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Planning, Social Sciences, or related discipline
- 8 to 15 years relevant experience in environmental and social impact assessment / due diligence, preferably in a consulting environment
- Strong understanding of EIA/ESIA processes, permitting, and sustainability frameworks
- Familiarity with international standards (IFC, Equator Principles) and regional regulations
- Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary projects and managing client relationships
- Experience in sales, strategic growth, and financial management of projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English and Mandarin language needed for projects
