Job Description
ERM's Capital Project Delivery Team leads the transformation in responsible development in Asia Pacific, helping organizations design, permit, and operate projects that align with global sustainability standards and local expectations. As a Managing/Principal Consultant, you will lead the delivery of complex projects, guide and develop teams, and apply deep technical expertise to strengthen our consulting capability.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Planning, Social Sciences, or related discipline
- 8 to 15 years relevant experience in environmental and social impact assessment and/or due diligence, preferably in a consulting environment
- Strong understanding of EIA/ESIA processes, permitting, and sustainability frameworks
- Familiarity with international standards (IFC, Equator Principles) and regional regulations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English and Mandarin language needed for projects
