Maintenance Tech.

The Maintenance Technician I supports day-to-day maintenance operations by performing routine repairs, inspections, and basic troubleshooting of facility and production equipment. This position is ideal for a hands-on technician with a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical maintenance who is eager to grow into more advanced systems and responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic mechanical knowledge (bearings, belts, chains, motors, pumps, etc.)
• Basic electrical understanding (sensors, relays, motors, simple circuits)
• Ability to read basic schematics, manuals, and work instructions
• Comfortable troubleshooting problems logically and methodically
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and related systems
• Trade school or technical certification preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
