Mechanical Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer at Pioneer Transformers, you will assist in the design, development, and optimization of power electronics hardware platforms and related components, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to projects and tasks under the guidance of senior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on transformer or related product design
• Proficiency with basic design and analysis tools, including mechanical and thermal analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, FEA)
• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., IEEE, UL, IEC, CSA) and regulatory requirements (e.g. DOE) for transformers or components
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and apply technical knowledge under supervision
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
