Job Description
Ernesta is looking for an experienced full-time Sales and Design Consultant to join the Retail team in our showroom located in Birmingham, MI. You will be a key hire to help build an enjoyable, frictionless, and industry-defining rug buying experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role
- Direct consumer sales and/or account management experience
- Passionate about interior design and home décor
- High level of proficiency working online across multiple software tools
- Great time management and organizational skills with high level of accountability
Benefits
