Requirements
- Answer written customer inquiries in German and English
- Manage customer chat and ensure quick and professional communication
- Report damage claims to logistics service providers and take care of quick clarification
- Demand non-preservation statements from customers and ensure smooth handling
- Check and process customer reviews to continuously improve service
- Create and optimize text templates in German and English to make communication more efficient
