Manager, Infrastructure Operations

ERP Suites is seeking an experienced Manager of Infrastructure Operations to lead and manage our infrastructure team. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure management
• 3–5 years of management experience in a multi-tenant managed services or consulting environment
• Demonstrated success mentoring and developing team members personally and professionally
• Hands-on experience leading or working in enterprise or data center networking
• Broad knowledge of related data center technologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
