Job Description
Monogram Foods is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee our networking, server, and systems infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in networking, strong knowledge of server and system best practices, and proven leadership capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Expert-level knowledge of networking protocols, architectures, and tools (Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.)
- Experience with OT networking in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong background in server and systems administration (Windows/Linux, VMware, Active Directory, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments
- Proven experience managing infrastructure projects and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Must be 18 years or older
