Job Description
Join ESB Renewables O&M as a SCADA Engineer and take on a challenging and autonomous role in maintaining and extending the SCADA and communications systems for a fleet of windfarms, BESS sites, and solar sites across ROI, NI, England, and Wales. This opportunity offers a chance to contribute to Ireland's transition to a net zero carbon future.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Relevant technical qualification and/or equivalent experience in a SCADA or telemetry system
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Working knowledge of MS Windows operating systems
- Working knowledge of IP networks
- Basic understanding of standard telemetry communications protocols (IEC104, DNP3, Modbus, OPC, or ODBC)
- Clean driving license and own transport for regular site travel
