Job Description
The English Schools Foundation is seeking a Senior/HR Executive – Projects (HRIS & Analytics) to join their HR Project Team as ESF Implements Workday for the organization. This role involves gathering business requirements, designing workflows, configuring data analytics, and delivering the Workday system. The HR team is dedicated to best practices in Talent, Employee Engagement, Data, and other HR innovative projects.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Workday project.
- Degree holder, preferably Major in Human Resources, Information Systems or related.
- Familiar with Hong Kong’s Employment Ordinance.
- Self-starter with analytical skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
