Sport Assistant (Part-time Hourly) - ESF Explore

ESF Explore is seeking enthusiastic Sports Assistants to join various teams on a part-time, hourly basis. The role focuses on supporting coaches throughout each session, upholding health and safety standards, and fostering a positive learning environment, particularly within the sports programmes (Basketball, Football, Multi-Sports, Swimming). Assistants will provide guidance, supervise activities, and act as role models.

Requirements

• At least 16 years old
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Passion for sports and physical education
• Flexible and able to assist after school, weekends, and holidays
• Passionate about coaching, teaching, and working with young children
