HR Manager Mercer US, Level E Contractor. The HR Manager - Contractor is a critical role within the People Function to drive the purpose of making a difference in the moments that matter. The role will provide coverage to one or more of our Mercer practices as well as help support and execute projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years relevant experience in HR
• Suitable qualifications
• Ability to operate without supervision in most situations
• Experience in supporting managers with employee relations cases
• Demonstrated ability to be a trusted advisor to People Managers
• Experience of successfully supporting project/initiative implementation
• Thorough understanding of local laws, regulation and company policies and HR processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven project management experience
