HR Manager Mercer US, Level E Contractor. The HR Manager - Contractor is a critical role within the People Function to drive the purpose of making a difference in the moments that matter. The role will provide coverage to one or more of our Mercer practices as well as help support and execute projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years relevant experience in HR
- Suitable qualifications
- Ability to operate without supervision in most situations
- Experience in supporting managers with employee relations cases
- Demonstrated ability to be a trusted advisor to People Managers
- Experience of successfully supporting project/initiative implementation
- Thorough understanding of local laws, regulation and company policies and HR processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven project management experience
