The Sales Team Lead - Commercial will lead a team that promotes and sells the adoption of Esri technology, manage sales activities, and build relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise sales, relevant consulting or program management experience, and knowledge of the Hi-Tech, Media & Entertainment, Consumer Goods & Services, or Insurance and Financial Services industry.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience
- 3+ years of experience mentoring, motivating, and coaching on a team
- Able to build compelling account growth strategies
- Advanced knowledge of the Hi-Tech, Media & Entertainment, Consumer Goods & Services, or Insurance and Financial Services industry and new technology trends
- Deep understanding of GIS and Esri technology
- Expert visual storyteller and negotiator across all levels of an organization
- Knowledge of the fiscal year, budgeting, and procurement cycles
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 50%
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, surveying, engineering, business administration, or a related field
