Sales Team Lead - Commercial

The Sales Team Lead - Commercial role at Esri involves leading a team that promotes and sells the adoption of Esri technology, building relationships with customers, and delivering results through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, 3+ years of team leadership experience, and advanced knowledge of the Hi-Tech, Media & Entertainment, Consumer Goods & Services, or Insurance and Financial Services industry.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience
• 3+ years of experience mentoring, motivating, and coaching on a team
• Able to build compelling account growth strategies
• Advanced knowledge of the Hi-Tech, Media & Entertainment, Consumer Goods & Services, or Insurance and Financial Services industry and new technology trends
• Deep understanding of GIS and Esri technology
• Expert visual storyteller and negotiator across all levels of an organization
• Knowledge of the fiscal year, budgeting, and procurement cycles
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 50%
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, surveying, engineering, business administration, or a related field
