Job Description
The Deputy Manager of HR is responsible for providing input into HR Policy, coordinating with HR department for policy implementation and reporting, and assisting with employee HR services. This role involves developing, managing, and improving HRM processes and supporting the HODs in their HR deliveries.
Requirements
- Plan manpower resource requirement
- Provide inputs to the HR Policy department
- Coordinate with regional and corporate HR for policy implementation and MIS reporting
- Assist with HOD timely HR services delivery
- Coordinate the functioning of various HR departments
- Implement corporate HR policies and initiatives
- Assist in Developing, managing, and improving HRM processes at the unit
