Telemarketer (Hybrid)

As a Telemarketer at Essel Skilled Trades, you will be on the front line of our business outreach efforts, generating new sales opportunities by initiating outbound calls to prospective companies within the construction, industrial, and skilled trades sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years outbound calling or telemarketing experience
• Strong communication & phone presence
• Comfortable with high outbound activity volume
• Motivated by goals, metrics & bonuses
• Staffing industry experience is a plus (not required)
