Job Description
Performs clinical anesthesia duties, takes responsibility for direct patient care, and facilitates staff coverage in the surgical area. Must demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles and interpret patient status according to age-specific needs.
Requirements
- 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA is required for this position
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse anesthesia
- Holds a current license in the state of practice
- Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire
