Job Description
Performs clinical anesthesia duties and takes appropriate responsibility for direct patient care and for on-call as assigned. Coordinates duties by facilitating staff coverage, assignments and breaks in the surgical area. Demonstrates knowledge of principles of growth and development of the life span and ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status.
Requirements
- 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA is required for this position
- Has graduated from an accredited school of nursing
- Has graduated from an accredited school of nurse anesthesia
- Knowledge of current principles and methods of general, regional and local anesthetics
- Ability to function in stressful and emergent situations
