Job Description
The Facilities Director | Maintenance leads and directs the functions of Facilities and Maintenance at St Marys Medical Center in Duluth, MN. The role oversees the activities related to maintenance, ensures optimal functioning of the facility, and estimates, plans, and controls departmental budget. The director must be well-versed in all aspects of Facilities Management, with a proven track record of success.
Requirements
- 8 years of applicable experience, with 3 years of formal leadership
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or equivalent field of study, or equivalent years of experience
- Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) certification
- Master electrician certification
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
