Director of Facilities - Maintainence

Kaweah Health is seeking a Director of Facilities - Maintenance to oversee the general management and outcomes of activities and functions necessary to maintain physical structures and systems in a safe, compliant, and operative working condition. The Director will collaborate with the Executive Team and Finance Division, and participate in capital spending and strategic planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR minimum of ten years of combined progressive experience in a healthcare setting relative to maintenance operations and construction
• Minimum five years of senior management role with experience in a healthcare setting relative to maintenance operations and construction for licensed facilities
• Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred
