Patient Financial Services Representative responsible for managing and resolving high volumes of accounts, providing efficient and accurate support for insurance, coding, registration, financial assistance, and other billing related issues, and providing financial assistance via face-to-face communication and over the telephone.

Requirements

• Experience with handling cash payments, self-pay collections, and exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of utilizing office equipment such as computers, software applications, printer, FAX, copier, and billing programs
