We are seeking a Sr. Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Management team to build pipelines of critical Physician and Provider talent to support the clinical and strategic growth of our healthcare organization.
Requirements
- Build and maintain pipelines of passive, critical Physician and Provider prospects.
- Partner closely with Physician & Provider Recruiters and hiring leaders to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies.
- Utilize digital sourcing methods, social media platforms, professional networks, and Physician and Provider databases to identify and engage prospects.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting a positive employer brand and delivering an exceptional prospect/candidate experience.
- Conduct prospect screening, assess qualifications and role fit, and route appropriately through the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with academic and graduate medical education leaders to ensure access to long-term talent pipelines.
- Provide strategic guidance and consultation on the planning and execution of Physician and Provider recruitment participation in career fairs and industry events.
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and sourcing metrics while proactively communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to recruiting partners.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, data privacy standards, and fair hiring practices.
