Job Description
The Provider Sourcing Recruiter plays a key role in identifying top physician talent to meet the organization's clinical staffing goals, focusing on prospecting, qualifying leads, maintaining pipelines, and generating interest among potential candidates.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sourcing, recruiting, or talent research, preferably within healthcare or physician recruiting
- Familiarity with medical specialties, practice settings (hospital, clinic, academic), and credentialing processes
- Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity)
- Analytical mindset for market research and candidate pipeline tracking
- High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
