Job Description
The Provider Sourcing Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates aligned with current and projected business objectives. They will utilize innovative sourcing strategies to develop leads, pre-screen CVs, and professionally present candidates to recruiters. The specialist will also assist with site visit coordination, provide business intelligence and market data to support ongoing sourcing initiatives, and maintain the candidate database.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, human resources, marketing or health related field
- 1 year of experience in areas such as healthcare, recruiting, medical staffing/credentialing, sales/marketing or customer service
- Certified Medical Staff Recruiter (CMSR) or Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP)
- Associate's Degree and 2 additional years of experience in areas such as healthcare, recruiting, medical staffing/credentialing, sales/marketing or customer service
