Intermediate Compliance Specialist

Peoples, an Essential Utilities company, is seeking an Intermediate Compliance Specialist to join its team in Pittsburgh, PA. The successful candidate will research and respond to customer complaints submitted to regulatory bodies, identify root causes of complaints, and provide documentation to legal counsel. The role requires a strong knowledge of PA PUC regulations and excellent computer skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of demonstrated success working with PA PUC and other regulatory stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business/communications/other related field
• Excellent computer skills and software applications, such as SAP and Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of PA PUC regulations, PNG policy, practices, procedures
• Ability to work in an independent and team environment
