Job Description
Schochet is looking for an experienced Compliance Specialist to provide regulatory compliance support to the company’s property management staff in HUD assisted housing programs and other areas. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and requires 3+ years’ experience with HUD’s Project-Based Section 8 and EIV programs and the IRS Section LIHTC program.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience with HUD’s Project-Based Section 8 and EIV programs and the IRS Section LIHTC program
- Professional certification COS and experience with YARDI compliance software preferred
- Ability to work independently, possessing a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy, organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work on special projects and a team player
