Schochet is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their team. The role involves completing annual and interim resident recertifications, verifying income and assets, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Prior Section 8 compliance
- Certified Occupancy Specialist or equivalent
- Bilingual in Haitian Creole, Cape Verdean Creole, or Spanish
- Experience with YARDI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Organization and follow through skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
