Job Description
EssilorLuxottica is seeking a CRM Analyst to oversee the maintenance and optimization of the SAP Sales Cloud platform, ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and user support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of CRM systems and administration, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or Business Administration
- 3-5 years in a Sales or Marketing Analytics, or related role, required
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems/ administration (SAP Sales Cloud, Salesforce.com or similar CRM platform)
- High level of technical understanding and hands-on experience including dealing with complex data systems and processes
- Strong communication skills
- Effective team player
- Superior data analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take on responsibility and work well under deadlines
- Proven ability to assess problems and research solutions
- Strong customer support orientation
