The Customer Intelligence Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting analytics at the customer level and extracting insights from customers for all company audience, locally or globally.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SQL (mandatory)
- Airflow & GitLab
- GoogleBigQuery
- Strong knowledge of Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker - mandatory)
- Statistical packages and data analysis tools (R, Python, SAS) is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and its main features (e.g., pivot tables, macros, etc.) and presentation (Powerpoint)
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Data company and/or analytics
- Best in Class analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong both in Communication writing and verbally
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to clearly convey very complex ideas in simple easy to understand ways
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, under stress and with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in highly analytical and quantitative areas such as: Math, Economics, Statistics, or related field
