Re-Insurance Senior Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
• Professional certifications preferred; MBA is a plus
• Minimum 10 years in insurance or risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in International Companies (brokers or Insurances Preferred)
• Proven track record in negotiating complex insurance contracts and managing global programs
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of underwriting principles, claims processes, and regulatory frameworks
• Leadership and team development
• Strategic decision-making under uncertainty
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• Fluent in English – Italian and French are also considered as a plus
